Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 4, 2017, MSI staff will perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades to various MSI systems. Primary Storage, Mesabi, and Itasca will be unavailable throughout much of the day.
October maintenance will include:
- Mesabi OS upgrade
- Itasca OS upgrade
- Windows updates
- NX Upgrade
- Please upgrade your NX clients to version 4.6.27
In addition to these updates, MSI is updating the fairshare accounting policies to take into account the fairshare from the SU accounts (MAM). This change will accurately account for fairshare targets based upon the account used rather than the default user group.
