IT’s annual data center maintenance is scheduled for January 9-10, 2016. Many services will be affected, including the license servers for several software products of interest to MSI users. These include:
- ArcGIS
- Autodesk (teaching, learning, research, and likely the admin use server as well)
- Mathematica
- Matlab
- Origin
- SPSS
If you use any of this software that runs via a license server through OIT (NOTE: this includes users accessing this software through MSI), please anticipate not being able to use the software during the outage.
IT has an information page that lists the services that will be affected. You can monitor the status this outage on their systems status page.
