The Nutrient Network, a global collaborative to study how humans affect grasslands, is co-directed by MSI PI Eric Seabloom and Elizabeth Borer, both of the Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior in the College of Biological Sciences (CBS). NutNet, as the collaborative is also known, was recently featured on the CBS website in recognition of its ten-year anniversary in 2017: A Decade of Connecting.
MSI provides resources to the NutNet group at the U for analyses in R and other software, and hosts the NutNet database. The group has many publications, some of which have been featured on the MSI website:
- Computer Model Links Plant Species Richness and Productivity
- Global Experiments to Solve Ecological Problems
