MSI PI Dan Keefe, an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, is featured in the U’s Driven to Discover campaign: To Create 3D Space to Explore New Worlds.
Professor Keefe uses MSI resources, especially the LCSE-MSI Visualization Lab, to support his work in developing visualization, computer graphics, and human-computer interaction techniques for analyzing scientific datasets. The Keefe group collaborates with researchers studying medical design, fluid simulation, and bioinformatics.
