On Wednesday, January 6, from 5am – 4pm CST, MSI staff will perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades to the network and various systems.
During the January 2016 maintenance, MSI’s maintenance will be global and site-wide as we will take the central storage offline to attempt to finalize a file system merge. Additionally, MSI will perform a security point update to the NX server and corresponding clients.
Maintenance during this period will impact the following systems:
- Panasas will be generally unavailable from 5am - 4pm.
- Mesabi unavailable (firmware updates) (estimated 8 hours).
- NoMachine (NX) upgrade.
- Core switch updates to all systems.
