The Bell Museum of Natural History at the University of Minnesota has launched a new online database of plants and animals in their collection. The Minnesota Biodiversity Atlas contains information about over 16,000 species from Minnesota and around the world. The web portal is open to the public as well as to researchers and educators.
MSI staff members Tom Prather and Michael Milligan provided database development and programming expertise for this project.
