Yi-Mei Amy Yang

This group is interested in understanding the role of the cerebellum in stress responses. Using RNA-seq, they aim to identify the cerebellar genomic response to stress. They use whole brain imaging to elucidate the cerebellum-involved brain networks that are activated by stress. These projects are ongoing collaborations with several UMN core facilities and generate substantial amounts of data. Access to MSI storage greatly enhances the group's research capacity.
