Simulation Studies With Applications of GLMMs in SCEDs
This project is a Monte Carlo simulation study to evaluate different test statistics for statistical inference in the context of single-case experimental design. The simulation study involves intensive computation by using different bootstrap methods and several iteration approaches to construct confidence interval for parameters of interests. This intensive computation requires the use of MSI's high performance computers. The simulated data will be analyzed using the statistical program R.
