Project Title:
Modeling Deep Brain Stimulation in Parkinson's Disease

This project uses patient-specific models of deep brain stimulation activation patterns in people with Parkinson's disease to estimate the amount of activation in different neural pathways in and around the basal ganglia. These pathway activations will then be related to changes in motor symptoms when the different stimulation settings are applied.
