Modeling and Analyzing Tumor Heterogeneity

This group develops computational methods in decomposing tumor heterogeneity from next-generation sequencing data and deduces spatial growth dynamics by modeling the underlying evolutionart processes. They handle extensive genomic sequencing datasets to detect somatic variants, encompassing simple mutations to structural variants. The analyzed data include whole-exome, whole-genome, and RNA-sequencing datasets. The computational tasks primarily entail the analysis of sequencing data, conducting computational simulations, and performing numerical calculations.
