Project Title:
Delineating Failed Lung Repair With Next-Generation Sequencing
These researchers are using different mice lung models to identify the transcriptional and signaling programs that regulate lung cells during fibrosis and repair with scRNA-seq. Promising new targets will be identified and validated as key disease regulators.
