Project Title:
Artificial Intelligence in Employee Assessment
This lab's work at MSI encompasses multiple projects all centered around the use of advanced predictive modeling of outcomes relevant to organizational outcomes related to employees, such as the improvement of hiring quality, learning assessment in training and development, performance appraisal, and other such processes.
