Pharmacometrics
This group is performing pharmacometric modeling with NONMEM to study the population pharmacokinetics of drugs. It involves statistical analysis to estimate the most likely probabilities for parameters, interpatient variability, and residual unexplained variability. The tool is useful for dose determination.
