Professor Keith Skubitz

This project centers primarily around differences in gene expression in various malignant and non-malignant conditions. It provides major support to the musculoskeletal tumor program at the University of Minnesota. The researchers are performing microarray experiments and are using software available through MSI for its analysis. They are also using MSI to store data from a number of gene expression experiments.
