Project Title:
Transcriptomic response of the Antarctic Midge Larvae to Sublethal Freezing Stress: Comparison Among Different Populations
This project examines the transcriptomic response of the Antarctic midge larvae to sublethal freezing stress at -5C for 24 h. The researchers are comparing responses of larvae from three distinct populations, and examining changes in their transcriptome during a recovery from the sublethal freezing.
