Project Title:
Dairy Nutrition Lab
The Salfer lab conducts research related to the nutritional physiology of dairy cows. This includes studying relationships between circadian rhythms and nutrition, and the impacts of different feeds and feed additives on energy and protein metabolism and subsequently the emissions of methane and nitrogen from cows.
