Bacterial Community Biodiversity
These researchers are using software available through MSI to analyze Illumina sequences of the 16S rDNA gene generated at the University of Minnesota Genomics Center to understand bacterial community biodiversity in a variety of habitats (water, sediments, bioreactors, corroding steel).
