Project Title:
Dairy Cattle Microbiome
These researchers are evaluating the microbiome of alternative dairy cattle breeds, as well as novel feedstuffs to reduce methane emissions in dairy cattle. They use the microbiome of the rumen to evaluate changes in rumen microbiology using these research methods.
