This group's research focus on understanding the role of ApoE isoforms in Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis, including investigating novel therapeutic strategies and elucidating molecular mechanisms underlying ApoE4-associated neurodegeneration and lipid homeostasis. They generate RNA-seq and sn/scRNA-seq data from mouse brain tissue, human iPSC-derived culture systems, and postmortem human brain samples.
