Project Title:
Treatment and Prevention of Diabetes, Diet, and Gut Microbiome
These researchers are involved in a clinical research trial investigating diet treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus, with interest in the role of the gut microbiome. A current additional project is analysis of stool samples from a clinical trial of time restricted eating in participants at risk for type 2 diabetes.
