Project Title:
DNA Adductomics
This research investigates how various exposures lead to the formation of DNA adducts. They are aiming to integrate the analysis of DNA adducts with the analysis of mutational signatures, for which they are using a kit from Twinstrand Biosciences that utilizes duplex sequencing. The researchers are using MSI for data storage.
