RNA Seq Analysis @ UMN Duluth

This tutorial is offered on the UMN Duluth campus, and is in-person only!

The RNA-Seq analysis tutorials includes a lecture and a hands-on guided tutorial. The lecture will focus on the general theory of RNA sequencing and analysis. The lecture materials cover the basics of differential expression analysis and touches on other RNA-seq topics such as transcriptome assembly. 

The workshop will focus on using software tools to analyze and actual RNA-seq dataset.
