From the vendor's website:
Monolix is the most advanced and simple solution for non-linear mixed effects modeling (NLME) for pharmacometrics. It is based on the SAEM algorithm and provides robust, global convergence even for complex PK/PD models. Monolix is used for preclinical and clinical population PK/PD modeling and for Systems Pharmacology.
Monolix is licensed software, and MSI does not have a site license for it. Users can request a free academic license from the vendor via their page at https://lixoft.com/downloads/#RequestLicense. The provided access key can be entered in the window that pops up when starting the software, and will need to be re-entered whenever you open the software on a new host machine.
This software can be loaded for use in an interactive Linux environment via:
module load monolix monolix.sh
Monolix is a GUI-driven software, and will work best on one of MSI's virtual desktop environments such as NICE or NX.
