Software Description

NOTE: MSI will be discontinuing the license for Qiagen's Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) software effective July 29th, 2021. Updates can be found on the IPA communications page.

 

Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) is a software and database search tool for finding functions and pathways for specific biological states. It is a web-delivered application that makes use of the Ingenuity Pathways Knowledge Base, a currated database consisting of millions of individually modeled relationships between proteins, genes, complexes, cells, tissues, drugs, and diseases. It currently has data for humans, rats, and mice.

 
To access and start the program you must be a researcher at the University of Minnesota and a registered user of MSI.  After your MSI account is active, please send another email to help@msi.umn.edu and request Ingenuity Pathway Analysis access.
