Denisha is a research professional with an aptitude for managing data. She obtained a master of public health degree from the University of Minneosta-Twin Cities. Some of her research interests include governmental public health and health equity. Her research spans from assessing Homelessness and Health in Central Minnesota to evaluating the National Capacity for Syphilis & HIV Diagnostics in The Bahamas. Denisha has also served as a research fellow for Hennepin County and as a graduate research assistant at the Center for Public Health Systems. She has a strong background in data collection, evaluation and qualitative/quantitive research methods. Before coming to MSI, Denisha led an evaluation of the impact of a federally qualified health center's expansion on patient experience and provider productivity. She is a published author in the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice and has spoken at national conferences, namely APHA and NACCHO. At MSI, Denisha is a data steward and works with other researchers to resolve their data management needs.
