Professor Michael Tsai

This lab has been awarded multiple NIH task orders to align, genotype, and analyze next-generation sequencing data for the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). The goal is to identify mutations that lead to rare childhood disorders like Cushing's disease, ectopic posterior pituitary, bladder exstrophy, sacaral agenesis, and other rare birth defects.
