Patients suffering from lysosomal disorders typically will develop motor or cognitive dysfunction as they age, leading to regression of various skills. One way to understand this phenomenon is to assess the transcriptomic changes that occur as the patient ages. In this study, the researchers will utilize various models of lysosomal disorders to analyze any specific transcriptomic changes that occur in various regions of the brain that results in this dysfunction.
