Digital Agriculture
This group works on a range of topics that integrate computational modeling, remote sensing, and machine learning for agriculture sustainability. These projects cover four broad themes, including:
- Mapping agriculture features using high-resolution satellite imagery
- Forecasting crop yields for a range of applications
- Integrating crop models with remote sensing for precision nitrogen management
- Understanding the impacts of climate change on agroecosystems
Research by this group was featured on the MSI website in October 2021: Planet Imagery.
