Project Title:
Spatial Multi-omics
This lab works on novel computational biology and bioinformatics methodology design. They are integrating multi-omics data, including spatial transcriptomics, single-cell sequencing, pathology image, GWAS, eQTL, etc., to enhance spatial multi-omics technology and improve understanding towards complex disease-driven factors.
