This group is involved in three projects using MSI:

• Developing novel informatics methods to extract semantic predications (semantic relationships between biomedical concepts) from biomedical literature
• Mining social media to extract knowledge of drug and supplement adverse events and interactions
• Researching novel applications of LLMs on various publicly available biomedical datasets.
