Project Title:
Grape Breeding
The research focus of this group is the genetics, genomics, phenomics, and metabolomics for grape cultivar development. Project areas include genetic mapping (software: GenomeStudio, JoinMap, MapQTL, FlexQTL, R/qtl), genetic sequence analysis, genome assembly, high throughput phenotyping (PlantCV, ImageJ), and metabolic profiling (XC-MS, MZmine, Progenesis).
