Project Title:
Spatial Analysis of Hematologic Malignancies
The Tracy lab is performing high parameter proteomics analysis of tissue sections from mice and clinical specimens. Their focus is on acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Files are created using the Canopy Cellscape system and Akoya Codex system.
