Project Title:
HIV and Prion Diseases
This group is presently working to identify biomarkers that can be used to diagnose chronic wasting disease in cervids (deer and related mammals). This includes RNA-seq analyses.
Research by this group was featured on the MSI website in June 2023: Finding Biomarkers for Chronic Wasting Disease.
