Project Title:
Dopamine Receptor Signaling in Glioblastoma
Dopamine signaling via G-protein coupled receptor is involved in lineage development of neural stem cells as well as the heterogeneity of glioblastoma. This project aims to identify the signaling pathways involved in glioblastoma malignancy and the drug sensitivity of dopamine receptor antagonist currently used in clinical trials for recurrent glioblastoma patients.
