Professor Burckhard Seelig

The Seelig lab is using MSI storage space for next-generation sequencing data acquired in the University of Minnesota Genomics Center and other NGS sequencing facilities. They also use Galaxy and CLC bio software to analyze this data (quality control, trimming, conversion to FASTA format in Galaxy and alignment in CLC bio). During 2024, they will do sequencing for three additional projects, with  about 20 samples from each project being sequenced.
