Professor Serguei Pakhomov

This group is working on developing methods for automated natural language and speech analysis. They use MSI resources to construct dialogue systems and train language and acoustic models needed to support the operation of these dialogue systems. The intended use of the dialogue systems will be to support elderly individuals in independent living (e.g. medication reminders, etc.).
