Project Title:
Computational and Connectivity Neuroimaging Lab
This laboratory develops computational methods for the analysis of brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data, in particular diffusion MRI. These techniques aim at estimating patterns of structural and functional connectivity, as well as measures characterizing the integrity of the white matter. The researchers apply them to detect alterations in neurodegenerative disorders such as Friedreich’s and spinocerebellar ataxias, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury.
