This project is developing statistical tools for the phenotypic deconvolution of patient tumor samples based on drug screen data. In particular, the researchers are interested in understanding the subpopulation structure present in a tumor sample based on how the tumor sample behaves in a drug screen. They have developed several statistical frameworks for addressing this problem.
