The Effect of Tobacco Products on Wound Healing, Cutaneous Physiology, and Systemic Inflammation
The focus of this group's work is to understand the mechanisms by which tobacco products, especially e-cigarettes, affect systemic inflammation / oxidative stress, cutaneous physiology, and wound healing. The group uses human and animal subjects to study these exposures.
