Project Title:
Microbiome and Metabolomics Within the Context of Infectious Disease
The focuses of this lab are mucosal immunology and the microbiome in human disease, including HIV, COVID-19, STIs, cancer, sepsis, and others. The researchers perform highly translational and clinical research to determine mechanisms underlying disease and how to intervene and prevent disease.
