Project Title:
Characterization of Osteoclast Differentiation Factors
These researchers are performing RNA-seq and high throughout proteomic methods to identify different factors involved in regulating cellular differentiation and function of osteoclasts. As new direction, they are beginning whole-genome sequencing of salivary gland cancer samples to identify gene fusions involving Protein kinase D genes.
