Professor Brian Fife

This lab's research is focused on identifying antigen specific T cells during autoimmunity. As such, they often require computing power to predict the TCR and peptide MHC interactions using complex formulations to generate novel peptide MHC pairs for in vivo evaluation. The group has used the Partek software to determine the differences in gene expression from these various T cell populations from microarray datasets to better understand immune phenotype. They now have experiments using iRepetoire and will be soon using 10X and CITE-seq to evaluate single cells of antigen specficity and require storage access for larger datasets.
