Comparative Genomics in Animal Science

This work involves functional genomics with nanopore sequencing data and comparisons of RNA-seq data, bisulfite sequencing, RRBS, and using Galaxy and other resources provided by MSI.

Research by this group was featured on the MSI website in September 2023: Using Nanopore Adaptive Sampling for Genetic Analysis.
