This group is interested in how surgical focal ablative therapies perturb the tumor immune microenvironment for the purpose of developing improved responses in combination with immunotherapies. This specific project is focused on dendritic cell changes that occur at early time points following irreversible electroporation, a specific type of non-thermal focal ablation used in pancreatic cancer.
